The next thing on the list. Barcelona. OhmyGod, Sweet baby Jesus. I can honestly say it was probably one of the best vacations of my life. I was in Barcelona from December 30 - January 2 and basically saw everything I wanted to. Welll, besides La Sagrada Familia, because I was too hungover from New Years. If you've seen my "BARCELONA" album on Facebook, I stole my roommates pictures so y'all could see the big church. I wasn't actually there. Moving on. I wanted to do something fun on NYE, so I decided to go to a club in the city center of Barcelona. Lots of dancing, alcohol, music, and really attractive people. Okay, let me clear something up. When I was living in USA, I definitely thought "OMG. SPANISH MEN. MODELS. ALL OF THEM." Uhhhh. You could say I was wrong. Living in Logrono, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the majority of the men and women are fairly unattractive. If you're one of my Spanish friends - I probably don't mean you. BUT AS A WHOLE. Not what I had been expecting. THENNN I went to Barcelona and it was like eye porn. Everywhere. Attractive people walking down the streets, in the clubs, in the stores, at the beach. Everywhere. Such a difference. Hollaaa! Back to Barcelona. So at midnight there's this tradition in Spain to eat 12 grapes in 12 seconds, and for every grape you're supposed to make a wish. Okay, let's think about this. In 12 seconds, I'm supposed to make a wish in my head and swallow a whole grape. Not happening. I was on like second four - and had like 2 grapes down, hadn't made any wishes, only because I was focusing on not choking. What kind of tradition is this? Whoever invented this damn game CLEARLY did it to either 1. Laugh at his friends while they looked like damn idiots trying to eat 12 grapes. OR 2. To set his amigos up for failure because I swear to you this isn't possible. OR both. Which is just rude. ^^^Sorry to my fellow readers about the venting. It's just so ridic.
Okay, continuemos, so in Barcelona I saw Camp Nou, Gaudi's houses, La Rambla, ehhhhhhhh, some old castle thing, PARQUE GUELL (which was absolutely incredible), and the Mediterranean Sea (which was also dope). And some other things, and a few other things too, and probably some more things. IDK, Google "Barcelona sites" and I probably saw it. ALSO - USA needs to step it up with the metro system. That bitch is PRAC-TI-CAL. Omg.

Going into the Barca museum at Camp Nou
Parque Guell again, cause it was baller

New Year's Eve!
ALRIGHT, next order of business. Getting back to school. So, I've only been back at school for a week or so, and I forgot just how great of a teacher I am. Geez Louise, I'm basically Socrates in female, american, hilarious form. Just SUCH a great teacher. Not to blow my own horn or anything. LOL JK. Listen to this, so I'm trying to teach these four little brats some useful verbs in English. And they're just giggling the whole time as I'm trying to explain things to them, NOT having it. SO I give thema list of 42 verbs, tell them to have it memorized, and I'm giving an exam on Monday on the verbs. So their eyes just go like buggy and are begging me to not give an exam. SO NOW, because they were being snoody, I have to TAKE TIME OUT OF MY WEEKEND, to write an exam. Rude. But they'll learn. There's nothing students hate more than doing poorly on exams.
Yooo, so that's basically all that's up with me. I've met some awesome people in the last few weeks, so I'm sure I'll have some new adventures to write about as the weeks go on. Sorry about my laziness and inability to get myself to start writing.
Holla at ya girl.
BESOS!
